Hi Debbie

We do 2 night accommodation + meals for 2 people Total: $360.00. Add the optional wall-hanging workshop($200.00 for 2 people which includes all materials. It makes a fun stay.
The double queen bed room is available for 2 people.
This can be taken on the week-end or during the week (whatever is suitable). If you would like to arrange this as a gift for your son and his girlfriend, then contact me to book in. Thank you for your enquiry. Mary-Rose

I am a landholder in the Officer area and am very concerned the proposed GAIC tax and the effect on my property value. There is also the matter of State Government Land Tax which will come in force as soon as the value of properties reach a certain value based on a sale of a property in the area and also it is likely that most properties will be sold on to a developer which will also attract GST of 10%. A property of about 10 hectares is sold for say $5,000,000, will incurr GST of $500,000 plus $950,000 GAIC tax plus Lan tax based on council valuation until subdivision takes place. These costs are more then likely will be passed on to the public by the developers when individual lots are purchased by the public, mostly first home buyers. It would seem that the end buyers of blocks will be paying somewhere in the vicinity of $15,000 on top of the "normal price".

Hello Apple,
Our location is in the West of Melbourne and Box Hill is on the East of Melbourne. There would be a good distance for you to travel. One train into the city and then another train to Box Hill. If you go to www.calsonpark.com you can go to "Contact" page and you can then check our map. Good luck with your decision where to stay and your studies.

Regards
Mary-Rose

I am completely against the new tax of $95000 per hectare. People I have been speaking to in my area have scrimped and saved to create a nest egg for retirement of which the government now wants a 1/3 of. This is highway robbery. Anyone in regular business like myself who tried to add a 1/3 to their prices would be jumped on by the consumer watchdog. This is completely outrageous and I want to voice my opinion
of thgis. Their must be a fairer way.
